Accessibility Statement

Last updated July 24, 2026

Our commitment

Jobsite Stays is committed to making property search, listing submission, pricing, billing access, support, and legal information usable by people with disabilities.

Target standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, for public pages and core user flows. This is an ongoing target, not a claim that every page or third-party service is fully conformant at all times.

Measures in the website

  • Semantic headings, labels, landmarks, and descriptive link text.
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, property search, filters, forms, dialogs, and menus.
  • Visible focus states and a skip-to-content link.
  • Responsive layouts with large mobile tap targets and no required horizontal scrolling.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where needed.
  • Color contrast and form validation messages designed for readability.
  • No required time limit for public property search or listing forms.

Third-party services

Stripe hosts secure payment checkout and billing-management pages. Provider websites, email clients, telephone services, and other linked services are controlled by their respective operators and may have different accessibility practices.

Known limitations

Provider-uploaded property photographs and provider-written descriptions may not always include ideal alternative text or accessibility detail. We may format or supplement listing content, but providers remain responsible for the accuracy of property-accessibility claims. Some older editorial or location content may need continued remediation as standards and testing improve.

Feedback and assistance

If a barrier prevents you from searching, viewing, listing, or managing billing, tell us what page you used, what action you attempted, your browser or assistive technology if comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance you need. Use the contact page or email accessibility@jobsitestays.com.

Response process

Accessibility reports are reviewed with product and support issues. We prioritize barriers that block a core transaction, prevent access to legal or billing information, or affect multiple pages. When an immediate technical fix is not available, we will seek a reasonable alternative way to provide the requested information or function.
